After the last three years of the infamous “The Vik-tim” mystery, where poor Vik met her untimely demise at the hands of one of our team members, things are taking a supernatural turn for Halloween 2024.

Vik has been killed off more times than we can count, and there’s no bringing her back this time… or is there?

A New Twist: The Haunting of Escapism Chester

This year, we’re upping the ante with a whole new kind of mystery: The Blair-Vik Project! It seems that Vik’s spirit just isn’t ready to leave us quite yet. Rumors are swirling of ghostly hauntings, spooky sounds, and strange sightings within the walls of Escapism Chester. Could it be that Vik's spirit is still lingering, trying to reach out to us from beyond the grave?

Your challenge this year is different – it’s not just about solving another murder. Instead, we need your help to uncover the eerie mysteries surrounding Vik’s spirit and, if you’re clever enough, figure out how to send her on her way for good. But beware! There’s a spooky curse hanging over Escapism Chester, and time is running out.

How the Competition Works

We’re inviting all of our followers to dive into the world of The Blair-Vik Project, where spooky comedy meets mystery-solving fun! Starting soon, our social media will be taken over by a series of clues, puzzles, and haunting updates that will have you guessing at every turn. Here’s what to expect:

• Haunting Clues: Throughout October, we’ll be dropping hints on our social media channels about the strange occurrences happening at Escapism Chester. Keep your eyes peeled for cryptic messages, eerie videos, and unsettling photos that will give you the clues you need to solve the mystery.
• Spooky Comedy Mysteries: It wouldn’t be Escapism without a good dose of humor. We’re blending spine-tingling suspense with quirky, laugh-out-loud moments as you try to uncover what – or who – is causing all this chaos.
• Solve the Mystery, Win Big: Just like in previous years, there’s a fantastic prize up for grabs! The first person to solve the mystery and send Vik’s spirit on her way will win an amazing reward from us at Escapism Chester.
